2. Products & Pricing
All containers are sold subject to availability. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but reserve the right to correct any errors.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and financing options. A deposit may be required for certain orders.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. ConexBoxUSA is not liable for delays caused by weather, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. The buyer is responsible for ensuring adequate site access for delivery.
5. Container Condition
New containers are one-trip units in near-new condition. Used containers are sold as described (WWT, CW, or As-Is). Photos are representative and actual containers may vary slightly in appearance.
6. Limitation of Liability
ConexBoxUSA's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the container(s) ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Privacy
