1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ConexBoxUSA.com, requesting a quote, placing an order, submitting payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all policies linked from our website, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Payment Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Warranty & Container Condition Policy.
2. Products and Availability
Conex Box USA sells shipping containers, conex boxes, storage containers, cabins, accessories, modified units, and related products or services. Products are subject to availability and may vary by location, depot, supplier, condition, size, and grade.
Product images may be representative examples. Actual products may vary in color, markings, doors, repairs, surface rust, dents, patches, flooring, and cosmetic condition, especially for used inventory.
3. Product Condition
Customers are responsible for selecting a product condition suitable for their intended use. Condition descriptions such as One Trip, Cargo Worthy, Wind & Watertight, Used, Refurbished, and As-Is are explained in our Warranty & Container Condition Policy.
4. Pricing, Quotes, and Errors
All prices are listed in United States Dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, availability, taxes, delivery costs, and fees may change without notice. A quote is not final until confirmed in writing and accepted by Conex Box USA.
We may correct pricing, stock, tax, description, image, or checkout errors before confirming or fulfilling an order. If an error affects an order, we may cancel the order, request corrected payment, or offer an alternative solution.
5. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance, payment verification, stock confirmation, and delivery review. An order is not guaranteed until required payment, deposit, signed quote, or authorization has been accepted by Conex Box USA.
Payment methods, deposits, verification, failed payments, chargebacks, and billing terms are covered in our Payment Policy.
6. Delivery
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Delivery may be delayed by weather, road conditions, carrier availability, inventory, customer readiness, unsafe access, permits, remote locations, or circumstances outside our control.
The customer is responsible for preparing a safe delivery location, ensuring adequate access, obtaining permissions, and complying with zoning, HOA, landlord, municipal, or job-site rules. Full delivery terms are available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Because containers and related products involve freight, scheduling, used inventory, and custom sourcing, returns after delivery are not automatic and must meet policy requirements.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, delivery, and site information; reviewing quotes and invoices; preparing the site; choosing suitable product condition; obtaining required permits; and inspecting products promptly at delivery.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site security, submit false information, copy content without permission, or use the website for unlawful activity. We may restrict access or cancel orders if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are suspected.
10. Privacy
We collect and use customer information according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We do not sell customer contact information.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conex Box USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, accidents, transportation interruptions, labor shortages, supplier delays, port or rail issues, government actions, natural disasters, utility failures, cyber incidents, or other force majeure events.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different law is required by applicable consumer protection rules.
